Our fees are as follows:
Mutual Wills and Powers of Attorney (Property & Personal Care): $349.00 + GST; total of $366.45.
Mutual Wills without Powers of Attorney: $300.00 + GST; total of $315.00.
Single Will and Powers of Attorney (Property & Personal Care: $249.00 + GST; total of $261.45.
Single Will without Powers of Attorney: $200.00 + GST; total of $210.00.
Each individual Powers of Attorney: $80.00 + GST; total of $84.00.
PLEASE NOTE: Payments are acceptable by cheque payable to Trudel Law Office or by cash. In addition, if need may be, arrangements concerning fees can be discussed with our lawyers. Please note that in most instances, the price will increase by $100.00, in the case of a second marriage or union and that the fees will increase in more complex situations.
